Readers of business magazine “Capital” have evaluated their experiences flying on airlines in Europe and around the world for the 21st time – and also voted in the regional airline category. Airlines from the Lufthansa regional network shared the top three spots: Eurowings landed in an outstanding second place with an overall score of 2.4, hot on the heels of winner Air Dolomiti with only 0.2 points difference. In third place was Lufthansa Regional. Eurowings fared particularly well in the “feeling safe” and punctuality criteria (1.9 each). In the service category Eurowings came second with 2.3 points.
